ART FILMS

Partnering up with artists to score animations, manifestos, and art films in general is central to Vituri's artistic pursuits. With a wide range of aesthetics, and experimental techniques, Pedro explores his own language by exchanging a vision with a collaborator.

MARINA SADER - INFÂNCIA

Marina Sader is a São Paulo-based up-and-coming visual artist working on various mediums and creating animations with paintings. Marina's had her first solo show at the Stichting Bewaerschole in the Nederlands in 2022 where she used this animation we made in partnership as an installation.

FORT MAGAZINE - AS CORPAS QUE OCUPAMOS

Fort Magazine celebrates the São Paulo trans community in this manifesto film showcasing trans artists and performers talking about their lives, their work, and their struggles. Composed in partnership with Felipe Parra, the score ranges from abstract distorted sounds to impressionistic melodic colors.

ARIANA LEE - INCOMPLETING

This autobiographical piece by artist and journalist Ariana Lee talks about belonging and how being a POC affects personal relationships and their expectations, along with the frustrations that can come from that.

MELODY ATTARHA - DAYDREAM

Made in 16mm direct on film, with found footage, the artist Melody Attarha creates a stream-of-consciousness daydream with abstract music running along with it.

VALENTINA LUZ - MINI-DOC.

Valentina Luz is a trans DJ in the scene in São Paulo, working in parties like Mamba Negra. This documentary talks about her story and her life, with mixing and sound design by Pedro Vituri.

MELODY ATTARHA - 2019 REEL

Among various collaborations with Melody Attarha, her 2019 reel encompasses various of her pieces and has bespoke music produced for it.

TRALHA ETC - 500K DEATHS

In the COVID-19 pandemic, Brazil's right-wing government neglected public health, denied the efficacy of vaccines, and made fun of dying Brazilians. When half a million people had died from the virus people took to the street to protest. The video production company Tralha Etc. produced a video with pictures from those protests which was then scored by Pedro.
